RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY: At Haddam FusionCraft LLC, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery on stocked items. Custom orders are non-refundable. If an item is defective, please contact us so we can try to help make it right. 

Please note that returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure their safe arrival. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange promptly, excluding any shipping fees.
